These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and purchases from SR Natural Fragrances ("I", "me", or "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. About Me (Samantha Rowland) I am the owner and sole maker of SR Natural Fragrances, a small business based in Georgia that handcrafts all‑natural perfumes in small batches. Contact: srnaturalfragrances@gmail.com
2. Definitions "Products" means perfumes and related items sold on this site. "Customer" or "you" means any visitor or purchaser.
3. Product Descriptions & Variations I strive for accurate descriptions (ingredients, scent notes, size). Because products are handmade and natural, minor variations in color, scent, texture, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
4. Ingredients, Allergens & Safety. Products contain only all natural ingredients. Read ingredient lists carefully. If you have allergies, are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Patch test prior to full use. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. I am not responsible for adverse reactions.
5. Orders & Acceptance Placing an order is an offer to buy. I will acknowledge receipt by email. Orders are accepted when I send an order confirmation and/or ship the item. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
6. Pricing & Payment Prices shown are in USD and may change (increase, decrease) without notice. Payment is required at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and import fees.
7. Shipping & Delivery Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Because items are handmade and perishable:

• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
• I will review and may offer replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at my discretion.
• Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are handled per the Return Policy on the site.

1. Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items Custom, personalized, or made‑to‑order items may be non‑refundable or require a non‑refundable deposit. Lead times and specific terms will be communicated at purchase.
2. Intellectual Property All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by me. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Privacy Personal data is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to that processing.
4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. My total liability for claims related to products or the site is limited to the purchase price paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SR Natural Fragrances and its owner from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of products or breach of these Terms.
6. Force Majeure I am not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond my reasonable control (natural disaster, fire, acts of government, postal or carrier delays, supplier shortages, etc.).
7. Changes to Terms I may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the site with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
9. Consumer Rights These Terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights under Georgia or federal law where such rights apply.
